Somebody try to upgrade to level 3 and transfer successfully all coins ?
not ALL, but only mined coins - yes.
After upgrade you just start the mining process, getting about 1.84 MNE per day, so you need to wait for some time to mine some MNE and later sure you can transfer it anywhere you want and sold.
so is it some kind of elaborate where they airdrop and trick people into believing they have some ETH but before they have to pay the upgrade fee to be able to transfer/move/sell the tokens?
