Not sure if those guys had some other disease as well and that has also affected with this shocking news resulting into the heart attack easily. Because there is a difference between a pleasant surprising shock and the sad shock. This is a good surprise where you have won it and not other way around of losing it. But results in a death which is quite shocking as for the point they might be a waiting in life happens and you cannot enjoy it anymore.

There's no such thing about pleasant surprise shock because if we do talk about shock then its usually a negative thing which is most be connected on news or events that will really
make you sad and angry because if we do talk about hitting the jackpot which would particularly talks about on the positive side which that particularly talk about surprise.
Is surprise and shock the same? some sort of but they do differ on the situation or what kind of event you do able to heard it off.
