After upgrade you just start the mining process, getting about 1.84 MNE per day, so you need to wait for some time to mine some MNE and later sure you can transfer it anywhere you want and sold.

seems quite complex
it WILL BE possible to sell that coins AFTER they will be mined.

MNE contract start to mine it after address upgrade. Before that all your MNE closed by contract and you cannot do anithing with them. Except to sell your genesis address Level 1 with not-mined coins.

So first - you're upgrading your address to Level 3 (or at least Level 2) to start mining process.
then you're waiting for coins will be mined (if you want to get all the 32.000 MNE it will be a little long, haha Smiley
and after you wait enough to mine as much coins as you're ready to sell (and have Level 3 address) you can move them to exchange.
