it is indeed difficult to win the court, maybe if xrp is guilty their price will fall even worse, I am also waiting for a decision from the SEC and hope there will be a bright spot later, I'm also not sure xrp can win the court, but there's no harm in hoping

Money can talk, for sure if the team are interested enough to create pressures to bail them out from this problem anything still possible since this project are mostly use by banks.

Banks always understand how business works, if they'll see good advantage it will not be hard for them to work this
things out and support the team to resolve this problem.
