What's the version of your wallet? There was a new release of the wallet but I'm in doubt they fixed all the bugs it contains. I have washed out Veil wallet some time ago because of his synch errors that could only be fixed by downloading the fresh snapshot, which is very sicken and time consuming procedure.

I downloaded their latest version, the problem persists, coins cannot be sent to any address in any container, transaction error.
