As for discoveries and depositions - that circular fantasy is based on the belief that Dominion has something incriminating to be discovered. Given the circumstances (outlandish claims involving dead dictators etc) there is no such thing, not within the scope of the defamation lawsuit anyway, and no, Giuliani can't just dig into anything he wants. And he'll likely be bankrupt before Dominion is, if it comes to that. But probably they'll just settle for a token amount and Giuliani admitting that he made it all up.
