Even they will process now the withdrawals, I don't think users will come to play again at this site so for them, maybe it's best to just hold those funds as the damage is already one. And if people are now silent, they will now exit for good.

They may used to be a good website but this event will be forever tainted on their reputation, especially if it won’t be resolved.
I also think that gamblers will lose confidence and faith in them, and won’t try to negotiate with them again anymore.
Being inactive or active but unresponsive to customer complaints is a red flag already, gamblers better watch out for this website.
