The prices are still good with $31k at current market price after the correction as it was necessary to occur because if they prices went too high say $50k it might have fall down rapidly with the same speed and market crash situation could occur in that case.But its positive that price dips were normal a d they get stable at rate of above $25000 which is good sign.We should not call market bearish at this time because prices are slowly rising once again after a correction period so we need not to spread any kind of negativity around us and be positive regarding its growth and we will see prices surging again by this month end as graphs are green now.

yes you're right, correction is needed to strengthen fundamentals. If the price continues to rise, it is feared that the crash will happen again, and if that happens, maybe BTC will fall very deeply. as long as bitcoin can stay above 30k, I think it's still good.
