That's the problem as if there's really a technical problem that's why the payout is stuck, they should shut down their site but they continue to operate it meaning they want to scam more until everyone will realized it's a scam.

They will continue scam new players as not everyone check the telegram chat till there is an issue and there will be people in chat pretending to be players saying that the site is not a scam, probably accomplices of the scammers.
