Let me guess they'll make a new scenario that totally unrelated to affinity and consanguinity like "he/she was just an acquaintance and try to share my contacts", might be. I guess the accounts connected here doesn't joined the same contest or campaigns in one or two but in multiple occasions that really not a good behavior, a rosy text on his trust page might be the pill to let this end for them.
