Uniswap is the best & first AMM (Automated Maket Making) system which boost all Defi and NFT markets. But it's true that transection fees on uniswap is greater than expected for ethereum's gas fee which is happened because of higher adoption of defi projects. Hype of Defi/NFTs are greatly helped by uniswap to make higher levels on this market. TBH, it won't get that much hype by any Centralized exchange as for anonymous transections.

I believe that everything will first of all depend on the needs of users and only by the results will we be able to determine the leadership position of UNI or BNB. If the priorities are set and the privacy of the owners of the cryptocurrency takes the highest demand, then it is not Uniswap that will be able to kill Binance.
