If this number is too high, we block withdrawals to prevent multi-accounting and faucet farming behaviors.

it's a breach to our terms. That is why we prevented you from withdrawing.

This being said, withdrawals are always instant for all our players with only one account.

you put the address wrong because you added bitcoincash: to the front and you are just supposed to put your address. in your case the box should start with qr7 or whatever your address is there
