Just saw another interesting sports promotion for the Australian Open on Stake: "Aces Special".
Basically you get 1$ per ace for men and 2$ per ace for women; condition is that your selection needs to win the match. Minimum bet is quite high (25$) and the promotion is only valid on a couple of matches, but still interesting

However, this happened sometime back. Their customer service has improved since then since majority of my recent queries were resolved quickly.
Never had any issues on chat, but I am also not really active on there. All support questions I had were quickly resolved.

But seriously I cannot fucking stand the support/mods, they ruin the experience so fucking much. Almost makes me want to delete my account and never play again. Steve and Eddie are fine, but holy shit, the fucking Mebit staff. The most incompetent fuckers I've ever met in my life except for Uros.
I partially agree with you. Have faced several issues with some of their mods myself in the chat though I never got muted or anything, but they did leave a bad impression.
