They don't do do batch cashouts, at least not in my experience. I guess it's possible, although unlikely, that if they had to do a review or something they might send a few in the same tx when review is complete, or the other outputs may belong to stake, but usually it's instant cashout and tx has 1 output.

I've also had withdraws that have required a manual review and they weren't batched with any other withdraws. This was a few months ago, but I'm guessing nothing has changed.
