hi - could you please check again? I checked your case specifically and I'm pretty confident it has all been sorted a few days ago
Update after one more week: My balance is still present on the site Rockepot but I'm not able to withdraw it :/
I'm gonna try one more time after writing these lines but I doubt it will work.
