For @OP I know you got mad since you're not doing the spammy chat in their sites, so it's unfair you got banned. But honestly speaking there's no need to take serious about this case since you're not get scammed or loss anything. To be honest I think I have similar experience but with other site but looking at the thread that you posted I think it isn't just about OP's problem,
The site has some accusation on the past so who knows what would happen in the future better to be cautious than to regret it in the future and I agree that there are so many trusted casino that OP could use and better to know the rules about their chat system so you wouldn't get ban in the future.
