Really? I don't think so. because both ICO or IEO have their respective advantages, it all depends on how the developer tightens the rules in joining the ICO/ IEO to avoid whales

you are right, ICO and IEO have their respective advantages. ICOs have triumphed in their time. IEOs were once a savior of markets and investors in their own time. both have systems that I think still need to be developed to avoid today's smarter scammers.
