I mean I am no genious so 1000s of people had this idea surely before me. But why isnt there any serious project about using the billions smartphones? F.e. Filecoin needs at least 200gb storage and doesnt try to use users Smartphone power and its free disk space etc

Dude, you must understand if the implementation is still too far to be a real thing. Did you watch before there were bunch of coins that used smartphone as a way to make the blockchain became decentralized but it's fail?
Have you ever seen Pi and electroneum? if you have not yet seen both and i suggest you to take a look at the history from those projects. They were garbage project and there's no phone related project that became successful.
that's the problem, the developers aim what they can't developed.
