Will see whether the bill will be passed on banning it, i am still expecting regulations to make the market safer and not a complete ban.

The intention from the government is clear. Three days ago (on 11th February), the finance minister (Nirmala Sitaraman) made it clear that the government won't allow any cryptocurrency that is not controlled by the central bank to be used within the country. So rather than regulation, they are aiming for full prohibition. Under these circumstances, I don't know how the government will react if Jack Dorsey announces that he want to promote Bitcoin development in India.

On a separate note, Jack is already having a lot of issues with the Indian government. The government officials recently threatened Twitter India to ban more than a thousand Twitter accounts, that are critical of the government. When there was reluctance form the part of the Twitter India team, they were threatened with massive financial penalties and the management was threatened with imprisonment.
