If you use multi accounts to evade a ban, gain an edge (promo abuse, getting around bet limits, pretending to be 2 diff people in chat for tips/scams/rain) or do something they told you not to do, that's bad.

Otherwise, it's fine.

But thats not what they say. They say "we take multi accounting seriously" or something like that.
Also Dusan said something like " if you dont have multiple accounts there should be no problem" .

I read them. Thats is why I write here.
Look at the email the guy got from stake which stakes: " Please see https://stake.com/policies/terms for further reference. Anonymity is important to us, but multi-accounting is something we take very seriously."

You really think they accuse him of multi-accounting because of the chat?? Come on man!
When they asked my friend (and indirect me) for KYC, they blocked his account but not mine somehow, they wrote the same thing to him. I guess they dont have any other draft for asking for kyc.
And we both never use the chat. I maybe asked 1 question once in the chat, in 1 year. Those promotions are not interesting anyways. And still they wanted an explanation why a wallet address I used was in his wallets history.

So why did he have to go through verification for any other reason then thinking him and me are the same person?? We dont use chat, dont play the same sports so not abusing betting limits, and so on. At that time I still though multic-accounting is just not allowed but not knowing it is it just confuses me why we had to go through this.
