That kind of makes sense to me that if blood thins enough it would pass through a lot, but maybe I'm wrong I can't find a good source on the subject.
I have seen people on blood thinners getting small cuts and bleeding like crazy though, while not bleeding through the eyes and ears so maybe it's the degree, maybe your bone marrow has to get really messed up until you get to that point which would make that kind of rare.
Thinner blood does not increase bleeding or allow blood to squeeze through healthy skin. You will bleed from a paper cut the same as you would normally, but the blood flow will not slow down because it does not clot.
So it doesn't flow faster, it just doesn't slow down as fast.Edit: Missed this part. The article says he took shrooms. Many hallucinogens affect blood
pressure and heart rate. (That would explain the bleeding from parts of the body with thin skin - like the eyes)
