Made a payment was supposed to recieve 29$ worth of ETH - I only get 22$ on the etherchain and my transaction is still not confirmed and stuck in a pending state for more than 10 hours, because they sent with the lowest fee possible.
AVOID SITE at all costs
they refuse to pay me the full 29$ worth of ethereum and all I'm getting is bullshit responses in their support.
EDIT: TRANSACTION IS NOW FROM PENDING TO GONE AFTER 12+ HOURS - IT'S BEEN DOUBLE SPEND AND I RECIEVED NOTHING AND MY PAYPAL HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED!

Upon checking your order was already completed, some payments are in hold and require manual approval. You already received the coins and you threated us to "chargeback" the paypal payment, which we agreed on refund you the payment if you return the ETH back.
We have fixed the rates on the website , meaning that the locked rate is what you should get in the end. We did not expected paying $10 on ETH Network fees.

You've made a payment to us, it was awaiting for manual approval and we got a notification about a chargeback from paypal which is not allowed, if you cannot wait for approval & payment from our side avoid using our service.
