I don't think the payout is not that big if ever we won this one since there are more people who bet that BTC price won't fall below $20k.
Yes, but since those who bet earlier will make gains as other bettors start to bet on the same choice, there is still an advantage to the early bettors. I think I am an early bettor since the question will still be settled in the end of 2021.
