Update so they cancelled my withdrawl request (after 6 days) and are now are asking me to kyc I guess! that's pretty disappointing.
Moreover, my name /dob were mistyped to preserve anonymity on a cyrpto website while registering the account, and I cant edit it. Upon speaking to the live support he basically told me there's nothing he can do about it, but he'll forward my request to the risk department. I'm feeling very uneasy with the lack of help and information I'm being given from live support.

Which signature we wear has no relation to the content. It is the behavior of Betnomi which is no good. They cancel a withdrawal after 6 days ?! I still assume that everyone will agree that this is not normal practice.
This is a way to install a payout so as not to have to pay. Betnomi has promised several times on the forum that they will not ask for KYC, but it seems that they are just asking for KYC from every customer.
That seems to me to be a serious violation of privacy. And what's worse is they canceled the payout after 6 days. Why does that have to take 6 days? Betnomi is a one-man operation and I advise everyone not to deposit large amounts here. in the case of roonlagoon I would go through the KYC, then withdraw all the money from your account and stop playing. Betnomi is extremely unprofessional and amateurish with payouts.
If they do not approve your withdrawal within 3 days, I strongly suggest to start an accusation topic, as Betnomi now is only delaying your withdrawal, and hoping you waste your money with betting.
A well known trick, used by many bookmakers. Avoid at al costs this site!
Betnomi is doing anything they can not to pay out customers!
