At least they are offering 1 free withdraw per week. If you can wait and just accumulate your funds, you can avail their 1 free withdraw/week. But the withdrawal fee of 20k is just normal for today's price. Some casinos are charging more than 20k.

That's the same with other casinos that we have in the forum. They do offer 1 free withdrawal so for gamblers that want to avoid fees, they'll just merge most of their winnings in one cash out per week to save fees if they're too conservative with the withdrawal fee.
