The only whales that can do that are those who had bitcoin before 2017 and in the year 2018-2019. Wouldn't he hesitate to take that risk just for the intention of falling the price of bitcoin to $20,000 and just for those who have the most votes not to win in the pool? Also, what happened then may never happen again, so with the rise of bitcoin and when it collapses it will create another ATH in the next four years with x20, nice analysis. I should collect more and wait for 2025, futuristic indeed. 
Collapses are opportunities to accumulate more bitcoin with less capital is spent for it, aren't they?x20 from $20,000 is a matter of time. It will appear someday with the growth of bitcoin. As a young person, I don't have much fear about this future but if you are not too old to care about your lifespan and opportunities to enjoy the party of Bitcoin $400,000, please hold your bitcoin to take profit in the future at the dream price.
