Ah OK I see now. The official Xem wallet is available on their site nem.io too, but it looks like nemplatform is Xem and NemTech is for SymbolNemProject I'm not sure of. I think its an older repository of the core team from before Symbol was started, but they are mainly active on the nemtech repo.
But latest wallet release here https://nemplatform.com/wallets/#desktop is from NemProject: https://github.com/NemProject/NanoWallet/releases/download/2.5.0/NEM-Wallet-win-2.5.0.exe
