I won 1.7 BTC a few days ago. Stake didn’t let me withdraw my winnings because I (citation) "cannot use that account to make withdrawals".
Later they said that «There is a slight delay due to an ongoing investigation» and blocked my account completely.
Stake support didn't give me an ETA and I'm getting nervous about all this. I lost quite a lot of money at this casino, but as soon as I win I got blocked.
How long does this "investigation" take and when am I going to receive my winnings?
newbie account with 1 single post claiming that you have been compromised by stake? I believe other people will not believe this claims if you cannot show some good proofs about what you have said here and also if you think you encounter that issue and been compromised by them better go on scam accusation section and post a relevant thread about your issue about them.
If you cannot provide any of that we will think that you are just trolling here.
We should not look at the account's age only but we should look at the issue especially if the account provide valid evidences. Even if it is from a brand new account that is created few seconds before the post but if he/she provide valid evidences then Stake should take a look into the issue. Of course if he cant provide any evidences, there is no need to take care about his accusation.
