One question, lottery winnings are paid in LTC and ETH as well? A few times I had some LTC and ETH after Sunday, so I guessed it's from lottery but I am not sure!

basically now you understand support only take action when we said im going for bitcointalk otherwise nope and this conversation is approximately 20 days ago and they said they take action and suspended his/her account now check this screenshot https://prntscr.com/101jyoj ( today screenshot)
So it's clear support didn't take action against this as already they mentioned in T&C but support also don't know own T&C
So it's clear support surve to user with like this as you saw in 2.A screenshot

@Kishan98 from what I can read is you claimed that those player’s were alt accounts, and the representative did exactly what they should do forward it to a higher authority who can take a final call, and it seems to me those users may have been able to probe that they’re not alts and hence their accounts were restored.
