basically now you understand support only take action when we said im going for bitcointalk otherwise nope and this conversation is approximately 20 days ago and they said they take action and suspended his/her account now check this screenshot https://prntscr.com/101jyoj ( today screenshot)
So it's clear support didn't take action against this as already they mentioned in T&C but support also don't know own T&C
So it's clear support surve to user with like this as you saw in 2.A screenshot
Good site, great support response
We did take action against the user and let them continue playing on one account. The other account bd009 is different than last time and thus has been able to play. The users appear to be in different locations or use a VPN so although it seems clear they are the same user, it's not something that can be automatically detected.
We have now taken action against that user also and other similar accounts.
