I’m new to signing as a whole. And crypto but I’m learning every day and by learning I mean studying. Mostly reading and then comparing what I learn to real life markets or areas of interest I didnt understand until I learned about let’s say “DeFi” i figured it was like “HiFi” lol now I know it’s decentralised finance. But yes I am sorry that I didn’t specify exactly it’s that i Didint realise there were “signing in the forum” and “Bitcoin signing” I meant the latter initially. And when you say forum signing you don’t mean a signature on the bottom of ones profile posts? But one specific to this website and it’s forum yes?

This one will really help newbies to know on what they need to do first. Also visit the section which caught your interest since the pinned threads are also helpful there. Lastly you can also search some information on google since there are some result that will show that redirect you here.

Tho those grouped above thanks for the input and I have explored one topic so far. I will continue to familiarise myself with this blog and make posts or comments relevant to the topic. I am here to learn and to share things I learn along the way. I appreciate everyone’s response and it shows me I’m in the right place! Thanks for a kind and understanding welcome of sorts I will be sure to post a “newb hello” in the correct section.

Again thanks for the heads start. If there is anything else you guys can help me with (I’ll post an update in a few days about my whereabouts on the signing) if I need help I will come back to this Post to figure it out as I don’t want to make more topics just cause it’s a new thing.. and in that respect as forum etiquette I do understand and I know I should have done more research myself, but I was compelled to ask for help as I was dumbfounded and and now I know why, there were two types of signing or more of guides on various signing types for wallets, BTC, forums, ? Can someone list the types of signing I will encounter. I do know signing is big for PoW but is BTC signing the same as wallet signing? And is Forum signing the only other type of Signing relevant to this forum/topic.

Thanks again for all the posts and help it has been a learning curve and again I should have researched harder. I’m the size of the forum was and is daunting I don’t know why and I’m on my phone and it’s in desktop view. I need to get on my PC and use the forum for my best learning experience.
