They are promising they'll launch it but until now it's still not fully launch, people are still suffering from high transaction fee, bitcoin and ETH both have high transaction fee actually and this is not good for the real adoption, it's the hype and the FOMO is what making the market more bullish.

By the way, Bitcoin hit $50k and ETH hit $2000, this thread has been answered already.
