The hashrate on dashboard is not shown correctly at the moment (I`m fixing it in a bit), until then you can check your real hashrate on the pool page:

The balance and payments are updated every 5 minutes, the blocks are updated each 2 minutes.

So it might take up to 3 minutes to see the unconfirmed earnings after a block was found.
