I made a test purchase here. It was fast and easy. To me the fees are too high. For example if I wanted to buy $200 of BTC they charge $254 USD. Under FAQ they state the fees are 5-15% but in reality it was 27%.
Fees can varies depending currency and crypto , take in mind the network transfer fee (BTC) network is slow and high fees, but at the end you receive amount of coins when the order was placed. We believe this market drop has affected the value of your coins.
