Your numbers have zero relevance to what I wrote. I was talking about the fee they charge and the actual fee required and NOT about the fee of the time YOU checked.

It didn't change very much at all in those 4 hours.

Then you should be prepared to pay a $10-$20 fee for a slower transaction. That's how it is. If you change your mind, trx, ltc, and eos will be waiting for you with faster transactions for less than 10 cents.

In the beginning playing on stake, I make some mistake register 2 accounts so I not used one the accounts and become a dummy account. The email fee was sent to the unused accounts, I guess this email was targeting a user who not playing for a long time or the activity was really low so hoping they are coming back again on Stake.

If you really active on Stake, I think you will not receive this email because I really active on my main account and guess what not receive a email fee.

There was an email. I didn't get it either but know someone else that did. It was referring to purchasing bitcoins via their third party. They also tweeted about it.
