Not Because such thing happened in Bitcoin, it will already be applicable to all cryptos. Keep in mind that there is already a gap between crypto's popularity. The tweets and mentions of Elon Musk is just a factor that boost a crypto's popularity which will reflect to its market price eventually. Given that Doge has 'lower' market trust compared with Bitcoin, I guess we cannot be certain that the price of this crypto will be increasing eventually just because of what a single person have done. This is a good crypto indeed but I doubt that such thing will be an enough factor to make things in favor with our expectations.

The increase in the price of Dogecoin a few weeks ago cannot be separated from what Tesla boss ELON MUSK has done, indeed what he has done has a very positive impact on the price of Doge coin and in general other digital currencies.
