This is exceptionally very disturbing to see that the OP's choice of casino is not only listed under scam accusations but at the same time it might be getting a lot of heat . But I do think banning you from the Chat was not a big deal. Honestly there are people who can report too and these people might have done it just for the fun. So I do think that you can just ask the customer service to remove this ban or even better change your casino while you still have time.

Correct, and the government doesn't really check how and where the casino is operating from and they don't really care enough about the same. All they expect is the money that needs to be paid on time in order to renew and let their license up and running. I believe that there must be an in-person check in order to check the authenticity of a casino and then only decide whether to give them a license or not.

Honestly they do keep a track of each and everything and even after that they sometimes try and just ignore the casinos which are paying them huge sum , it's much like Corruption. Many times these casinos pay the governmental agencies to give them a casual check. This is normal.
