No, this is not how a reasonable business should operate. You don't deserve to be immune to criticism from people who haven't paid you money. If you want people to "test, improve, and advertise" your company, you have to pay them, not the other way around.

You want a stress test? Pay a bunch of people .01 BTC to log in with the practice accounts and play around. They'll do it.
You want serious traders to test? Find a serious trader, give them an account. Consider the 100 BTC your payment for their time.
You want people to pay you so they can possibly make some money? Get in line behind that Amway fellow over there.
