P.S. The reason for the use of alt-account is obviously that you tainted his account with fake negative trust scores. Assholes like you do it, to everyone who you don't like. For this reason lot of Bitcointalk.org user have alt-accounts, with what they can say what they want without the fear of getting revenged.
It might be a good idea to check your facts first before attacking someone with personal insults. Rikafip never gave a negative trust to @poutintsev.
And as for the connection between @poutintsev and @ico-services accounts, I think this is more than enough proof:
