It looks like mega algorithms have flagged some miners as a virus. GitHub does the same with legal repositories. This was once with Claymore, then Mega was restored to him.
Also, google chrome blocks downloading from sites (I checked sha-256 the same) there are simply configured wallets in the configuration.
Everything is blocked: mega, GitHub and sites))

...Too bad, phoenixminer had the best documentation on the internet thanks to blogs and sites....
