1. Identify the source of stress and find ways to avoid or reduce stress. For example, my pressure comes from a certain job, and I will request a job transfer from the leader.
2. Exercise.
3. Meditation.
4. Choose the decompression method according to your own personality characteristics: social support, travel vacation, reading, music.
