The Phore Marketplace is functional, I think it just hasnt recieved enough publicity. Also to the best of my knowlege the team have been focusing on Graphene for the past year or so rather than putting all there effort into the marketplace. Building this platform from scratch is a mammoth task and with blockchain still in it's infancy priorities have had to be chosen. Development does continue to happen on the Wallet and the marketplace and I think the long term goal is to migrate the Phore Project onto the Graphene platform.
