Finding cash traders depends on your locality; in every country i believe that there is a bitcoin cum blockchain community where people with the same interest aligns and trade; it is otherwise called an escrow group, it involves group of people within reach and that trust one another. In my own opinion, the best manner to trade is via p2p on binance or okex if your country is allowed that. Meanwhile; for now, do p2p with known identities.
