Demo or fun mode sometimes has a different RTP tho because of different settings. For example, the site may use the ~94% RTP version for real play, but it's still ~96% on the fun mode. Always check RTPs

If this is true and RTP is different in real and demo version that it is actually not good because the player would expect the same kind of wins on the real mode after he has played on the demo mode. I guess so since it is not automatic one so anytime you rank up then you need to contact live support to claim the rank up bonus. Hopefully it will be improved in the near future, so players do not need to contact live support to claim it. Perhaps make it like the weekly and monthly bits where players can claim it once the button is activated.
Maybe a support agent can contact us once we have reached a new level and inform us about the bonus and add it once we confirm. On other sites I play, that's how it works.I think I am being addicted to sweet bonanza after a big win by the way
