with still having an option to set out higher fees? I don't see any service nor wallet to have able to bypass out the network unless if you do pay up big fees then
that would be only the best thing you can do to make fast confirmation.

Just like on what Loyce been suggesting, it would be ideal or much preferred on how things been done.
