My bet has not been settled for 8+ hours

Complaint :-

The first support staff made me feel that she was not doing anything instead having fun

The next one asked for bet I'd before even giving the I'd , he closed the chat. 

What a customer support observed

Money does not matters much but the way the support is dealing to simple requests is pretty joke & underhand practice , why not say directly 2 days or 3 days , instead saying you should give bet I'd and closing chats mid way or making customers realise that they have no reason to place big bets

Thajs that's my concern ,
Should be looked into seriously

Waiting for morning bet to be settled

Getting lame reply " passed on & still nothing happens after 12+ hours

I would have waited even a week but the way my chat was closed mid way it made me come here and post the experience ,
