Regarding the screenshot - there is no option to connect 1xBit account to a phone number. That might be a ground to double-check if you are writing to the correct address.

No it wasn't. I never requested 1xbit to close that account due to gambling addiction. Otherwise why would security send me that email? or block department telling me always to contact security deparment in order to get my account info?
Are you saying that this message wasn't sent by your security department to me, about my account?
