That can't be right for all addresses,
my list of all Bitcoin addresses ever used is 16 GB compressed.
If the addresses in this wallet were only used more recently than January 30th, then perhaps he could use your data Loyce to create his own database.
My smaller list has only the funded addresses, but the first addresses derived from a seed might have been emptied already, which means you'll need to generate more than one address for each seed, depending on how many addresses were created using that seed.
