I saw that but it says you cannot use a driver newer than 20.5 and TRM recommends newer drivers?

if you use drivers older than 20.5.1, then the miner will be slightly less efficient in speed and power, but if you use more recent drivers than 20.5.1, then the OverdriveNTool program for changing the voltage most likely will not work, so it is optimal to use version 20.5.1
