you said you, your brother and your father use the same pc and the same internet which means it has the same IP address. their system detected the account of your father and brother and yours share the same IP address and considered the other two as an alt account and broke their ToS and resulting to your account being blocked/banned.
I said we use same pc on same freebitco.in account not multi accounts and also on his list only my ip appear on my account i not see any multi ip he said. And also can you tell me where on website say they can fortfeit user money?

So this is actually the problem of almost everyone who's using the same PC which is connected to the same IP even if you insist that it was your father/brother's account but the fact that their ToS is prohibited any alternative account which is having the same IP is considered as alt account then they have the right to forfeit any activity of you and your father or brother's account.
Maybe if you ask their support nicely to explain your side maybe they will understand you and of course, it will require some advance KYC if they let you explain that but I have a doubt if they would consider your problem.
Well, most of the topic I've searched in Google gave the same answer that freebitco.in is a scam. Although I've stopped using this site already because it takes more time to earn a decent amount of Bitcoin and this is how a faucet really works nowadays.
